Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the aircraft buyer consulting services provided by Sheridan Aviation Consulting (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Nana's Co. LLC. By engaging our services or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Sheridan Aviation Consulting provides independent aircraft acquisition consulting services. Our network of aviation professionals assists individuals and companies with defining mission requirements, searching for on- and off-market aircraft, coordinating pre-purchase inspections and test flights, negotiating price and terms, and managing escrow, title transfer, and delivery. We act as a consultant and advisor on your behalf and do not hold aircraft inventory.

Aircraft acquisitions involve many variables outside our control, including aircraft condition, inspection findings, market availability, financing, and the actions of third parties such as sellers, brokers, lenders, and maintenance providers. While we strive to provide expert guidance, we make no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any acquisition, the availability or condition of any aircraft, the timing of a purchase, or any specific result. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, making your own final decisions regarding any aircraft purchase, and obtaining independent legal, tax, and technical advice where appropriate. You are solely responsible for any purchase decision you make.

By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with us via text message, you agree to receive SMS messages from us related to your inquiry and our services. The following apply:

• Your mobile number and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, and reply HELP for help.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Any fees for our consulting services will be agreed upon separately in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, fees are not refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in a separate agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sheridan Aviation Consulting nor Nana's Co. LLC, nor their principals, employees, agents, or affiliates, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of our services or any aircraft acquisition, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific consulting engagement giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheridan Aviation Consulting, Nana's Co. LLC, and their principals, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your communications with us, or any aircraft purchase decision you make.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Sheridan Aviation Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
